OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

Returns, cancelations, and exchanges

standard orders

  • Returns and exchanges, and refunds are available for non-limited release, or non-pre-order items. In order to process your return, exchange, or refund please contact us via our support page for the next steps.

  • Orders may be canceled and refunded in the event they have not been processed, or if a shipping confirmation has not been issued. This does not apply to pre-orders or limited-release items. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to cancel.

  • Returns 30 days past the shipping date are only available for store credit.

  • In the event of a returned item is damaged, altered, used, or laundered or materially different in any way, boss battles reserves the right not to accept the returned order/item, and reserves the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

  • boss battles does not currently provide a return shipping label, and you will be responsible for return postage

pre-orders

  • exchanges, cancelations and Refunds are available during the order window and within 4 days of a window closing.

  • After the aforementioned grace period, orders are no longer available for exchange, refund, or cancelation.

  • Returns are only available for store credit.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • Any product considered “consumable” such as stickers, are considered non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

    We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

    All returns must include an order packing slip or return confirmation from Boss Battles that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not done, your return may experience issues in processing.

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

    We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    - An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

    - An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

    - Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
