To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Pre-order or limited stock releases

In the event of a pre-order, or limited stock release, Boss Battles will inform you of the projected ship date. Places that will list the anticipated shipping window include but are not limited to: the product description, shipping confirmation emails, and messages by official Boss Battles channels.

TL:DR If we made a mistake with your order, don’t panic, we’re committed to making it right! Just send us an email, and we'll handle the rest. If you made a mistake when placing an order, please request an exchange. The product(s) being return must be in good condition. If you're looking to make a return, the item must be in good condition, unworn, and you must cover the shipping charges. We will refund the total of your ordered item, minus shiping.

I changed my mind about my pre-order. What now?Our return/cancellation policy can be found on our Returns, Cancelations, and Exchanges Page, to get the full details, navigate over to that page. TL:DR Exchanges, cancellations, and refunds can be made within the order window and up to 4 days after it closes. After this period, no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are allowed. Returns are only eligible for store credit. Creator Drops and all pre-order sales are made to order, after the window closes, we give all the details to our printer for fulfillment. We understand that things happen, if you decide to change your mind, you have 4 days after the window closes, after that, you can only get store credit for return your order, which must be unopened/unworn.

My order hasn't shipped yet, can I adjust my order?Yes you may. Orders can be changed, canceled and refunded if they haven’t been processed or shipped; cancellations must occur within 24 hours of purchase. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll make the adjustment. If it's not possible for any reason, you will be notified ahead of time.
