Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Pre-order or limited stock releases

In the event of a pre-order, or limited stock release, Boss Battles will inform you of the projected ship date. Places that will list the anticipated shipping window include but are not limited to: the product description, shipping confirmation emails, and messages by official Boss Battles channels.

In the uncommon event of expected delays (high volume, weather, etc.), we will contact you via email with the next steps.  

Boss Battles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us so we can process the issue.

Shipping rate and delivery date estimates will be made available at checkout or soon after the order is processed.​

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • ​For standard orders You should receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number approximately the same day or the next day of placing the order.

  • for pre-order, or limited release orders, you will receive shipping and order tracking information in the anticipated previously stated window

  • All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors orders may take up to 2-4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

    After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

  • Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

    For U.S. Domestic orders, we will use USPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from bossbattles.gg, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.

  • If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Boss Battles does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis.

    Reships may not be available for limited releases, or pre-orders.

  • Yes, we currently ship to the U.S. and select other countries. If your country is not listed on our shipping policy page, please contact us to request an addition.

  • We typically restock seasonally, or monthly depending on our customers! The best way to get notified about our upcoming releases is to become a member of our site, subscribe, opt-in for product notifications, or follow us on social media!
