if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipping date (45 days for international) and we’d be happy to help!

• if we made a mistake with your order, please don’t panic, we’re committed to making it right! just send us an email and we’ll handle the rest.

• if you made a mistake when placing an order, please request an exchange. the product(s) being returned must be in good condition.

• if you’re looking to make a return, the item must be in good condition and you must cover shipping charges. we will only refund the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping.
